Ramsay Park Pump Track

OPENED IN 2021

In conjunction with the City of Watsonville, we recently opened the largest (and only paved!) pump track in Santa Cruz County. Grab your bike and head down to Ramsay Park for some skill-building fun!

Enjoy nearly 20,000 square feet of paved rollers, berms and jumps at Watsonville’s Ramsay Park Pump Track.

Bell Helmets pulled together this amazing video about the development of the pump track. Check it out!

The new Ramsay Park Pump Track is the largest in Santa Cruz County and was fully funded by the SCMTS team thanks to support from generous private donors. At a time when folks are flocking to the outdoors for a safe way to recreate, this pump track offers families a fun and easily accessible way to get in some P.E. time while building bike handling skills!

South Santa Cruz County lacks bicycle infrastructure, and the Ramsay Park Pump Track brings new outdoor recreation opportunities to this underserved community. The Ramsay Park Pump Track delivers safe, nearby outdoor recreation to local users of all skill levels and ages.

The project is the first paved pump track built by the SCMTS team, and features nearly 20,000 sq ft of pristine rollers, berms and jumps. In addition to being fun, the track is also both beautiful and virtually maintenance-free, with underground storm drainage and surrounding landscaping by our team featuring native and drought-tolerant plants.

Thank you to Ramsay Park Pump Track sponsors Bell Helmets, Shelton, Inc, Sierra Azul Nursery, and Delta Bluegrass Co.
